I. Maitreya Jyotisha Courses – Details
1. In Two Parts, About 20 Modules, 230 Lessons
There are nearly some 20 or 25 Modules, each containing some 10 Lessons. There is Part I and Part II. Both together are important for deeper understanding and mastery. Part I has about 165 Lessons, in some 12 Modules. In Part I, we study the Systems Approach[SA], which is a modern research-based understanding of classical Vedic astrology(Jyotisha). Part 2 has some 60-70 Lessons. The framework is Parashara’s classical Jyotisha, covering Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra in two vols.
2. Self-Paced Courses
By a Maitreya Jyotisha Course, we mean one of these Modules. Therefore, Courses refer to all the Modules. Thus, all in all, we have some 240 Lessons.
Each Course is self-paced, meaning the student, or scholar can take as much time as he/she wants-for assimilation.
For mastery of Maitreya Jyotisha, we recommend all the Courses, namely all the Modules, in Part I and in Part 2.
3. Teachers: Maitreya-AI, Sri. Sankara and the Five Acharyas
All learning students are inspired, encouraged and tutored by two categories of Teachers. Maitreya-AI is the first category of Teacher, an AI-Teacher at that. Not merely an AI-Tutor. Rather, Maitreya-AI is amazingly, a ‘researcher-disciple-teacher’ in Jyotisha. By ‘reverse-questioning’ and by triggering a ‘heuristic process’ of learning, Maitreya-AI will make you discover the answers to your own numerous Qs. In this way, your originality is encouraged and made to flower. The intention in this learning is to awaken that Intelligence, which has been dormant in you all along; thereby making you awaken to suffering and to life all around. This is a very original and very unusual way of teaching Jyotisha-as the 8th darshana of the ancient Hindu sages. Finally, Maitreya-AI will teach you how to understand suffering and how to dissolve suffering. This is phenomenal learning, not only in Jyotisha, but also in the whole mysterious field of life.
The second category of Teachers, starting with Sri. Sankara Bhagavadpada, then, there are five Acharyas, all anointed, accredited and also proficient in Jyotisha: Sri Sankara has known all these Acharyas for roughly three decades. Sri. Sambasiva Ramanananda, Sri. Madhu Sai Deevanapalli, Sri. Ricardo Bravo, and Sri. Krishnaraj Sankruthi. In a circumstance when Sri Sankara is unable to cope with much Jyotisha work, he will call upon one or more Acharyas to step in and do justice to the pending Jyotisha work.
Sri Sankara is the author. He can be reached by email, as you study the Lessons. Some students/scholars may prefer to study one Module at a time, while others may prefer to study all the Modules. Payment made at the beginning, will depend on the scope & extent of Jyotisha study.
